Responsibilities include but are not limited to; preparation and presentation of quality food as directed by Lead Cook, compliance with all sanitation and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean working area and assisting with stocking of inventory.

Qualified candidates must have knowledge of and experience with standard kitchen equipment, the ability to work a flexible schedule, lift up to 50lbs and one (1) year of line kitchen experience or equivalent training.

Dishwashers

Full time seasonal positions available.

Position entails cleaning and sanitizing various items used to prepare, present and serve products, and some assistance with food prep.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, be able to bend, stoop, lift, carry repetitively while performing tasks, and spend the majority of the shift working on your feet.

Nail Technician

Seeking enthusiastic, organized individual to join our Jordan Health Spa. Seasonal, on-call position available immediately. Responsibilities include maintaining a comfortable, professional atmosphere while offering various specialized services that help clients look and feel their best. Technician will be required to work on specifically on nails and provide manicures, pedicures, and coloring and nail extensions to clients. Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping and any other tasks required by the department. Qualified candidates will be outgoing, friendly and have excellent customer service skills.

Night Auditor

We are looking for a highly energetic, mature individual to join our hotel team. This is a Full time year round position available immediately at the Grand Summit Hotel. Night Audit functions include, reconciliation of all outlets within the hotel and a complete knowledge of the property management system.  The night auditor is also responsible for the front desk and guest service as needed.  Candidate must have a working knowledge of all emergency procedures within the hotel, including fire and security. In addition, the ability to communicate professionally and positively with guests and staff at all times is of the utmost importance.  Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

Snow Cap Inn Front Desk Associates

Snow Cap Inn is looking for a front desk associate.  The front desk associate greets guests and owners arriving and departing to and from the Snow Cap Inn with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.  Must be able to assist guests with problems and concerns relating to all outlets within the condominiums.  Must be willing to go out of their way to satisfy a customer's needs or special requests.  In addition, the front desk associate is responsible for accurate room reservations and room assignments.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to, bill settlement, cashing out with 100% accuracy, telephone answering, offering dining suggestions, proficient in computer applications and providing a safe work environment.  This position also requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as discipline and commitment.

Retail Sales Associate

Sunday River is looking for retail sales associates to join the team for full time seasonal employment.  Retail sales associates are responsible for guest sales at Sunday River Sports as well as unpacking deliveries, stocking the floor and other duties as assigned.  Exceptional customer service skills are required.  This position has extensive contact with guests.  Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to cashier, as well as cash overages and shortages, knowledge of current mountain information, adherence to Sunday River dress code, attend staff meetings.  Excellent customer service and communication skills is required.  This position may also include working in the ski rental shop, so a knowledge of ski equipment is imperative.  Previous retail experience is preferred.

Security Officer

Seeking organized, professional, motivated individuals to join our Security team!

Full time seasonal positions available immediately.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; crime prevention through foot and vehicle patrol, ensure safety of resort guests, employees and property owners and provide assistance when necessary, regulate and enforce resort rules and policies, maintain an accurate and thorough duty log during shift, other tasks as required by the department.

Qualified candidates must be highly organized and conduct themselves in a professional manner, especially in high pressure or conflict situations. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior law enforcement/security work a plus.

Ski Patrollers

Ski Patrollers: Seeking energetic, self-motivated team players to join our Mountain Operations team! Full time seasonal positions available winter season 2009-2010.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; attending to the medical needs of injured guests and staff both on and off the hill, assist other mountain operations departments with on hill needs including snowmaking, lift operations and grooming, act as a resource to guests for resort information.

Must be able to ski or snowboard all terrain in all types of conditions. Medical skills such as EMT, OEC, and or WFR need to be current, and current AHA CPR and strong skier/snowboarder. Must be able to work well alone and in teams. Snow test will be given to qualified people. A valid drivers license is required.
