Condominium Maintenance Technician

Seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Lodging team! Three full-time positions available with seasonal benefits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; completing maintenance requests, applicable paper work, stock firewood, snow removal, assist housekeeping department when needed and assist guests with varying needs. Qualified candidates must be self- motivated with a solid working knowledge of maintenance functions, and a high level of organizational and troubleshooting skills. Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following trades; carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, heating, refrigeration, painting, pool/spa care or other equivalent technical skills.

Condominium Maintenance Administrative Assistant

Seeking self motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Lodging Maintenance team! This is a FULL TIME YEAR ROUND, benefited position. Benefits include medical, dental vision & life insurance and season ski passes for self & dependents along with multiple discounts throughout the resort. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, exceptional computer competence including strong data entry skills, and acute attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement for this position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; daily data entry, recording and filing of lodging facility information, answering and screening telephone calls, assisting with the purchase, distribution, and inventory control of a wide variety of supplies, managing departmental safety meeting logs, assisting with the preparation of operations reports, staff records, payroll, inventory, project tracking, and weekly work schedules.

Building Maintenance Technician

Sunday River is looking for 2 qualified candidates to join the building maintenance team. Seeking an individual that is self-motivated, well organized and possesses strong communications skills. The candidate should have a solid working knowledge of facility maintenance functions as well as solid troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; completing general building maintenance duties and requests with applicable paperwork, direct assistance to guest for room maintenance needs, annual room PM maintenance, health club routine maintenance, special project assistance, grounds maintenance and fire wood stacking as well as supporting other mountain departments when needed. Qualified candidates must have two to five years of verifiable experience in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, drywall, Electrical, electronic repair, computer technologies, plumbing, refrigeration, heating, painting, pool and spa care or other specialty technical skills.

Information Technologies Director

Do you have advanced experience and management training in Information Technologies? Are you looking for a leadership position within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Do you look at challenges as opportunities? If so, then Sunday River may have an opportunity for you as the company’s IT Director. The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5 years IT and management experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing a team of 2-3 IT Systems Specialists, computer hardware installation and troubleshooting, managing help desk operations by providing support to both the IT Team and the company, new PC installation, software installation, upgrades and troubleshooting, printer and copier service, wireless installations, running wire, and administrative duties. Knowledge of Avaya phone systems, Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as network design and maintenance is strongly is preferred. Other duties and projects may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate will also need to do heavy lifting, be detail oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time year-round benefited position.

Reservations Supervisor

Sunday River is looking for an energetic team player to join our Telesales department as the Reservations Supervisor for the 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM Shift. The ideal candidate is responsible for interviewing and hiring vacation sales specialists, working with a team of professionals, taking accurate and timely phone reservations from guests, keeping team member morale high, help the team maintain a high level of guest satisfaction, monitor calls to assist the reservation specialist when needed, track daily calls, participate in coaching sessions with team members. The ideal person for this position is familiar with reservations systems like Springer Miller, is self motivated, has excellent communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills. This position works closely with guests, team members and departments on the mountain and must be a professional at all times. Candidates with previous supervisory experience is preferred. This is a full-time year-round position with benefits.
