Sunday River offers over 700 condominium condos spread across the resort - all slopeside with direct access to the trails. Sizes range from studio condos to three-bedroom townhouses, and all include kitchens, access to indoor or outdoor pools, and a host of other amenities.

Brookside Condominium Complex
The Brookside Condominium Complex is comprised of two buildings. One offers 2-bedroom condos and the second has a combination of 1-bedroom and studio condos. The complex is adjacent to the Roadrunner Trail, just uphill form the White Cap Base Lodge.
Amenities: Outdoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub and common area with fireplace and laundry facilities.
Cascades Condominiums
The Cascades Condominiums offer studio and 1-bedroom condos, and Sunrise Condominiums offer 1-bedroom condos. Both are located slopeside to the South Ridge Area.
Amenities: Heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, laundry facilities and a large common area with fireplace.
North Peak Condominium
The North Peak Condominium Complex is located at the base of the Perfect Turn Express lift. Three separate buildings house 2-bedroom condos with individual gas fireplaces.
Amenities: Heated outdoor pool, laundry facilities.
White Cap Village
White Cap Village features 1- and 3- bedroom condominiums with decks. It is located trailside to the Roadrunner Trail, just uphill from the White Cap Base Area.

Locke Mountain Townhouses
The Locke Mountain Townhouses offer 2- and 3-bedroom premium condominiums with kitchens, decks, wood burning fireplaces, washers and dryers. They are located trailside in the White Cap area between the Wildfire and Tempest Trails. Rental availability is limited.
Amenities: Heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and common room with fireplace and changing facilities.
Merrill Brook Condominiums
The Merrill Brook Condominiums offer 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom condos located at the base area at South Ridge. Each unit has a whirlpool tub, kitchen, deck and wood burning fireplace. Rental availability is limited.
Amenities: Access to the Brookside Condominium facilities which include a heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and common area with fireplace and laundry facilities.
