Sunday River offers 7 condominium complexes spread across the resort - all slopeside with direct access to the trails for hiking and mountain biking, or just enjoying the great outdoors. Sizes range from studio condos to three-bedroom townhomes, and all include kitchens, access to indoor or outdoor pools, and a host of other amenities.

Brookside Condominiums
The Brookside Condominium Complex is comprised of two buildings.
One offers 2-bedroom condos and the second has a combination of
1-bedroom and studio condos. Enjoy the views of the trails in summer
from the balcony, or lounge by the outdoor pool.
Amenities: Outdoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, owners' locker room
and common area with fireplace.
Cascades Condominiums
Located in the heart of Sunday River near South Ridge Lodge, Cascades features one-bedroom and studio units that can accommodate
up to six people. Cascades offers convenient and easy access to mountain
biking and hiking via the Chondola lift & gondola at South Ridge.
Amenities: Indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, owners’ storage lockers,
and a large recreation room with fireplace.
Sunrise Condominiums 
Enjoy unlimited access to Sunday River’s trails from each of Sunrise’s
one-bedroom/one-bath condominiums that offer sleeping arrangements
for up to six people. These units feature convenient access to the Chondola
at South Ridge for scenic chairlift rides, hiking and mountain biking.
Amenities: Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, saunas, hot tub
and a large recreation room with fireplace.
North Peak Condominium

The North Peak Condominium Complex offers 2-bedroom units that
can sleep 6-8 people. All units have gas fireplaces, for warming up
chilly summer nights, and the Complex is located within access to
hiking trails that can lead you out to Jordan Bowl.

White Cap Condominiums 
Hidden in a quiet, wooded setting, White Cap features 1- and 3-bedroom condominiums with decks for taking in the summer views and fall foliage.
Enjoy lazy days by the outdoor pool.

Locke Mountain Townhomes 
Locke Mountain offers mulit-bedroom premium townhomes
with kitchens, decks, wood burning fireplaces, washers and dryers.
They are located trailside in the White Cap area and feature an outdoor
pool and hot tub.
Amenities: Heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, common room with
fireplace and changing facilities.
Merrill Brook Condominiums
Merrill Brook Condominiums offer 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom condos
located at the base area at South Ridge. Rental availability is limited.
Merrill Brook is the perfect place for access to all summer and fall events.
Amenities: Access to the Brookside Condominium facilities which include
a heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and common area with fireplace
and laundry facilities.
