A vision for the future of Sunday River
Over the recent weeks, members of the Sunday River team have been meeting with key stakeholders to introduce the vision for the Resort. If you have not already seen the online presentation, you are invited to explore these pages or visit our on-resort real estate locations to view the display boards and speak with one of our agents about the future of Sunday River. This is an exciting time as Sunday River evolves into a four-season destination.

Spring heats up in real estate market
This spring, the Sunday River Real Estate team has been busy. “There are a number of people who were looking at mountain properties this winter and chose to wait on purchasing or were distracted by the incredible snow conditions. We are seeing many of those customers now buying,” says Greg Graves, Designated Broker. There are a couple of items that are influencing this trend. The resort had a phenomenal winter . Boyne has had a very positive influence since purchasing the resort last July and the recent vision that has been outlined has been well received. The resort real estate market has seen some price adjusting which has helped bring sellers and buyers closer. There is a healthy choice within the resort offerings, allowing customers to find the homes they seek to meet their needs. With a number of closings planned over the next couple of months, we look forward to carrying this momentum into the summer.

Tempest Ridge welcomes new owners
Sunday River’s newest community is coming alive as the first units begin to close. After months of anticipation and watching these homes come to completion, it is exciting to have new owners join the resort community. This past December, we hosted a Grand Opening event that was attended by well over 175 guests. The momentum carried through the winter, with three more units going under contract. With the Tempest lift running adjacent to the neighborhood and the Tempest trail leading skiers back, many find these homes ideal for their mountain lifestyle.
