Preferred Unit Type:
	Slopeside Condominium- amenities include indoor or outdoor heated pool, sauna and/or jacuzzi, trailside access, full kitchen.
	Slopeside Hotel- amenities include outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna, health club, on-site childcare, restaurant and bar, trailside access, kitchenettes available.
	Mountainside Inn- amenities include hot tub, fireside lounge, fitness room.

Occupancy Requirements:

For your convenience, Sunday River sells lift and lodging packages to our winter guests. All of our packages are based on maximum occupancy. Maximum occupancy** is based on the following:

3 guests in a studio condominium
4 guests in a one bedroom condominium
6 guests in a two bedroom condominium
8 guests in a three bedroom condominium
2 guests in a standard hotel room, studio superior or studio deluxe unit in our hotels
4 guests in a one bedroom suite in our hotels 2 guests in a standard hotel room at the Snow Cap Inn

*Adult non-skiers will receive $25.00 in Sunday River money for each night of lodging they purchase a package for (only half of maximum occupants may do this). Sunday River money is valid for any on-mountain spending such as restaurants, bars, massage, ski and snowboard equipment rentals, Perfect Turn clinics, Children's Ski School, Sunday River Sports, Black Diamond Entertainment Series, etc. Sunday River money is only issued to non-skiers from November 21, 2006 - April 15, 2007.

**Maximum occupancy in Sunday River condominiums is generally based on two guests utilizing a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. This can vary depending on bed configurations in the bedroom. Some bedrooms can contain up to four beds (i.e. two twins and a set of bunk beds or two sets of bunk beds, or a set of bunk beds and a queen bed, etc).
