Bike & Bed Package Price:From $49 Per Person Availability: June 26 - October 7, 2013 Includes: The bike and bed package includes lodging at one of our Grand Hotels or Condominiums and one day of lift-serviced mountain biking. Available for an arrival on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the Sunday River Bike Park is open from Friday, June 21 through Monday, October 14 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as July 4, Labor Day and Columbus Day holidays. DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for one-night stays are due in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all nights confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. This policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a damage deposit is also required upon check in.
