Fall Foliage Package Price:From $159 Availability: September 1 - October 14, 2013 Includes: Come on up to enjoy the mountains of Western Maine during peak foliage season. Our Fall Foliage Package includes lodging, breakfast, and a scenic Chondola ride* for two people.      Summer season (May - October) check in time is after 4pm                              
- Check out Time 
    Check out time is 10:30am

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for one-night stays are due in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all nights confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. This policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a damage deposit is also required upon check in.
