All Sunday River ski and stay packages include lodging, lift tickets and free adult Perfect Turn clinics. Packages in our hotels also include breakfast for free. Lodging options include Sunday River Condominiums, the Snow Cap Inn and our Grand Resort Hotels. For most non-holiday midweek and weekend periods our season-long packages Ski & Stay Package is a good place to start. You will find all available packages listed below, and with the menu on the right you can view packages by type as well as view lodging-only rates.

When booking most Ski & Stay Packages, non-skiing members of your party or those who do not need lift tickets may receive $25 off package price per person, per night, issued as Sunday River Money at check-in (not offered with ski free packages). All prices and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. Certain restrictions may apply. Rates may vary by time period. Holiday periods are Dec. 26 - 31, 2007 and Feb. 15 - 21, 2008.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for 1-night stay are due in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all night's confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a damage deposit is required upon check-in.
