Our properties are served by an on-mountain trolley system and the Mountain Explorer shuttle, giving you easy access to resort facilities as well as dining and entertainment venues in Bethel and on the access road.

Condominiums
Sunday River offers nine condominium complexes spread across the resort. Unit sizes range from studios to three-bedroom townhouses, and amenities vary by complex. All condominiums are slopeside with direct access to trails.
Snow Cap Inn
The Snow Cap Inn offers standard rooms with two queen beds. This quiet, comfortable property features an outdoor hot tub and is located a short walk from the slopes and is also served by the resort trolley.
Grand Summit Resort Hotel
The Grand Summit Resort Hotels combines the amenities of a full service hotel with the convenience of a slopeside location. Accommodations range from standard rooms and studios to two-bedroom suites.
Jordan Grand Resort Hotel
The Jordan Grand Resort Hotel is set in a spectacular mountain location in the heart of Jordan Bowl with direct trail access. Accommodations range from standard rooms and studios to three-bedroom suites.
