Friday, February 14 kicks off 10 days of chiefly good times with live music by Scott Folson at 7 p.m. at Sliders. Saturday, the resort's got head-of-state-worthy après, beginning at 3 p.m. at the Foggy Goggle. Kids from 5 to 12 years old have their own little fiesta downstairs from 5 to 8 p.m., where they'll enjoy fun activities as part of Kids' Night Out. It's $15 in advance and it's the best babysitting that money can buy. With that sorted, take a ride up the Chondola for the ultimate date: Couples' Dinner at the Peak Lodge, $99 per couple. Sliders' Loft in the Jordan Hotel is hosting a special Wild Game Dinner on Sunday, February 16 at 7 p.m. Each of the unique wild game courses will be paired with a Michael David wine. The cost is $79 per person and reservations are required: (207) 824-5300. 

Celebrate good, old Georgey's birthday [week] with some Redhook Game Changer at the Foggy Goggle on Tuesday, February 18 during Mitch Alden's set (from 3 to 6 p.m.) before heading over for dinner at Camp and Black Diamond's The Norman Magic Experience (Grand Summit Hotel, 7 p.m.). There's a Family Peak Dinner on Wednesday, $19 for adults and $10 for kids ages 5 to12. Diners ages 5 and under are free.

Full-fledged Maine-iac Bob Marley will be performing stand-up upstairs at the White Cap Lodge on Friday, February 22 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $24.50 at the Shipyard Brew Haus and White Cap Lodge.

If this is your inaugural sojourn to Sunday River's commanding slopes, try a ski and stay package.
