• I purchased the First Tracks add-on with my Gold pass, what dates and lifts are offered?

  2023-2024 FIRST TRACKS    
  
  Access to the Chondola and Spruce Peak Triple on Sundays at 7:30AM, plus two holiday Wednesdays during Christmas and Presidents' vacation weeks. Dates follow the twilight skiing schedule and are as listed below.

  December 17, 24, 28, 31               NOTE:  December 31 First Tracks will ski from Barker only

  January 7, 14, 21, 28

  February 4, 11, 18, 21, 25

  March 3, 10, 17, 24

• Where do I pick up my pass?

  2024-25 season passes are automatically renewed onto your existing RFID. If you do not have a card yet, you can print yours at any PUB (Pick Up Box).

• Can I give my pass to someone else to use?

  Season Passes and Ticket Packs are issued to the applicant only, are nontransferable, and nonrefundable. Season Passes include Sunday River Only Pass, New England Passes, and IKON Passes.

  Passes and Packs that are lost or stolen, and used fraudulently with negligence, will be handled in the same manner as misused Passes or Packs. 

  In the event of misuse of a Season Pass, or Ticket Pack, the following measures will be implemented:  

  • The Season Pass Holder, or Ticket Pack Holder, will lose pass privileges for a duration of 30 days or, a $250.00 reinstatement fee will put placed on the Season Pass, or Ticket Pack, and will only be reactivated once the fee is paid in full and;  
  • The individual misusing the Season Pass, or Ticket Pack, must pay the cost of a day ticket at the current window rate.  

  Repeat offenses will result in further penalties including the revocation of Season Pass privileges, or terminating the validity of the Ticket Pack, with the right to involve law enforcement.  

  Lost or stolen passes must be reported immediately to Guest Services at the South Ridge Welcome Center or by emailing: info@sundayriver.com 

  Resort Management retains the right to exercise discretion in enforcing penalties for incidents related to the misuse of season passes or ticket packs, even those that may not be explicitly outlined in the Season Pass and Ticket Pack Theft of Services Policy. 

• If I purchase a 2024-25 season pass, can I use it this spring?

  If you purchase a 2024-25 season pass you can begin using it on March 15 through the end of the season. Please note that Ikon Base Passes added to the Gold Pass do not qualify for spring use benefits.

• What's up with my Rollover Credit?

  If I rolled over the value of my 2023-24 season pass, am I eligible for renewal rates?

  Yes, if you chose to roll over the value of your season pass in 2023-24 you can purchase your 2024-25 season pass at the Renewal Sale rate using your rollover credit. 

  If I purchase a 2024-25 season pass using a rollover credit, can I use it this spring?

  You will have the option of using your rollover credit to purchase at lower Renewal Sale rates or regular spring sale rates. If you purchase at regular spring sale rates you will be able to use your season pass beginning on March 18 through the end of the season. 

  How do I use my rollover credit?

• Will I have the option to rollover my 2024-25 pass to the following season?

  Yes. All pass holders will have the option to roll over the monetary value of their 2024-25 season pass to the 2025-26 season for any reason, until December 10, 2024. Go to the Winter Rollover page to request a rollover.

• What benefits come with my pass?

  What are the Boyne Sister Resort Benefits?

  Gold Adult, Youth and Senior pass holders receive three free days of skiing at Boyne Resorts' sister resorts, which include Pleasant Mountain, Maine, Big Sky, Montana, Brighton, Utah, and more. After three days, the pass holder can receive 50% off regular season window rates. Silver, Nitro, and College Gold pass holders receive 50% off regular season window rates, with blackout dates following the dates of the pass. The pass holder must visit the resort ticket window to use this benefit. This benefit is valid for the pass holder only. 

  What is the Mountain Collective resort benefit?

  Gold Adult, Youth and Senior Pass holders receive 50% off the in-season lift ticket window rates at Mountain Collective resorts. To use this benefit, the pass holder must present their pass at the resort ticket window. This benefit is valid for the pass holder only.  

  What other benefits come with a New England Pass?

  Benefits vary by the pass type. For specific information, visit each resort's website:

• How is age determined for New England Pass products?

  The pass holder’s age on November 1, 2024 determines the age category.

• Can I upgrade my New England Pass to a higher level after I've purchased it?

  Yes. You can upgrade your pass to a higher level at any time. The cost to upgrade will be based on the current pass prices at the time you upgrade. 

• How do you qualify for a College Pass?

  To qualify for a College Gold or College Silver pass, students must carry 9 credits or more at the time of purchase. Full-time status is confirmed through Sheer ID.

• Can I get a refund if I cannot use my pass due to injury?

  Season passes are non-refundable; however, in the case that you or a family member are injured and unable to ski, Sunday River will consider issuing a rollover per our Rollover Policy. Other situations may be eligible upon review. All requests must be submitted in writing. Multi-day ticket products and limited-duration passes are not eligible for rollovers.
