Group Clinics
Available for kids of all abilities, and emphasizes safety, fun and learning. We take the learning philosophy of Perfect Turn and put a younger spin on it, combining games, activities and kid-friendly coaching techniques.
Kids are grouped by age and ability, and programs are available in half-day and full-day sessions. We recommend a full-day for first time skiers or riders. Full-day clinics include lunch, which is available separately for half-day programs.

*Based on past experience it can be difficult for kids under age seven to learn to snowboard, however, we can arrange snowboard clinics for ages 4 to 6 through our Perfect Turn Private Clinics if desired.

Group Clinic Details
Times - Half-Day programs are available from 9:30am to 12:00am and 1pm to 3pm. Full-Day programs are 9:30am to 3pm. Please allow approximately 45 minutes prior to departure time for ticketing, equipment preparation and group selection.
Location - The Kids Ski and Snowboard School is located at the Children's Center, which is slopeside next to the South Ridge Base Lodge.
Check-in - All programs check in at the Children's Center. For your convenience, kids may check in to the Children's Center from lift opening, 9am midweek and 8am weekends and holiday weeks, until clinic departure time. We recommend 45 minutes prior to departure time. Tickets and rentals can be purchased and picked up at the Children's Center. Parents/Guardians must sign release forms at time of check-in.
Group Size - A coach-to-child ratio of 1:6 is our goal for ages 3 to 6, and 1:8 for ages 7 to 14. Many times these will be lower, occasionally they may be higher.
Where to Purchase - Purchase of clinics, lift ticket or rentals can be made at the Children's Center. Lift tickets are required during ski school. Kids age 5 and under receive a free lift ticket.
Reservations - Reservations and pre-payment are required during weekend and holiday periods, and are taken up to 24 hours in advance. Full payment is due at the time of reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a refund minus a $25 handling fee.
