Season Passholders can get great lodging only deals with our VIP lodging rates.

VIP Lodging only rates start at just $35 per person in our Condominiums and Snow Cap Inn, and from $59 per person in our Grand Resort Hotels. Rates do vary through out the season.

*Guests of the Grand Resort Hotels and Snow Cap Inn will receive breakfast each morning of their stay.

* Adult Perfect Turn clinics for ages 19 and up, beginning 12/06/13.

**All lodging package rates are per person per night and do not include our 19% tax and resort fees. Occupancy and other restrictions apply. Based on availability.

When booking most ski and stay packages, non-skiing members of your party or those who do not need lift tickets may receive $25 per person, per night, issued as Sunday River Money at check-in. Sunday River Money is valid for any of our activities, retail stores or food and beverage outlets at the resort.

    Check out time is 10:30 a.m.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for 1-night stay are due in full at the time of booking.

Your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all night's confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a $300 damage deposit is required upon check-in.
