Sunday River’s Children's Festival Week is for the young and the young at heart. Enjoy an entire week dedicated to families with tons of special events and activities including fireworks, fire dancers, scavenger hunts, live entertainment, snow tubing, ice skating, and more - all with incredible savings for families since kids can ski free, stay free, rent free, and take lessons for free when staying with their parents! Ski and stay packages for adults start at just $120 for slopeside lodging, lift tickets and free ski or snowboard clinics.
Accompanying children ages 4-12 receive free lodging, free lift tickets, free rental equipment and free ski or snowboard lessons daily when staying three nights or longer.
Stays are available for Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday arrivals, with a stay of three nights or longer requires for the free children's benefits, which are available Monday January 14 through Friday January 18, 2013. Please make reservations for lessons or daycare prior to arrival.

When booking most ski and stay packages, non-skiing members of your party or those who do not need lift tickets may receive $25 per person, per night, issued as Sunday River Money at check-in. Sunday River Money is valid for any of our activities, retail stores or food and beverage outlets at the resort.
All prices and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. Certain restrictions may apply. Rates may vary by time period and are seasonally adjusted. Holiday periods are December 26,2012 - January 1, 2013 and February 15, 2013 - February 22, 2013.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for 1-night stay are due in full at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all night's confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a $300 damage deposit is required upon check-in.
