Our early holiday ski and stay package includes slopeside lodging, lift tickets and adult Perfect Turn clinics each day. Adult packages are just $99 in our condominiums, $115* in the Snow Cap Inn, and $145* in our Grand Resort Hotels. Stays are available for any one night or longer right though December 25.

*Guests in our Grand Resort Hotels and Snow Cap Inn also receive breakfast each morning of their stay.

When booking most ski and stay packages, non-skiing members of your party or those who do not need lift tickets may receive $25 per person, per night, issued as Sunday River Money at check-in. Sunday River Money is valid for any of our activities, retail stores or food and beverage outlets at the resort.

All prices and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. Certain restrictions may apply. Rates may vary by time period and are seasonally adjusted. Holiday periods are December 26,2012 - January 1, 2013 and February 15, 2013 - February 22, 2013.

    Winter Season (November - May)
                       Monday - Thursday after 4:30pm
                       Friday - Sunday after 6:00pm
                       Holidays - 12/26-1/1, 2/15-22 after 6:00pm
- Check out Times
    Check out time is 10:30 a.m.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for 1-night stay are due in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all night's confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a $300 damage deposit is required upon check-in.
