  • Face coverings are required for all guests and team members in all public indoor and outdoor areas at the resort, unless actively skiing downhill or actively eating.

Please follow CDC recommendations and pertinent executive orders from the State of Maine. Face coverings should be dry and unsoiled, have two or more layers, completely cover the nose and mouth, and fit snugly against the face. While indoors, this will most likely necessitate using a separate mask from the one worn while skiing.

    • We ask guests to prepare for their day at their car as much as possible, as base lodge capacity will be limited and bag storage will not be allowed.
    • Traffic flow will be adjusted at South Ridge and Barker to expand drop-off areas. We encourage all guests, and families in particular, to use drop-off areas to help reduce shuttle volume.
    • Shuttles will operate at reduced capacity to allow spacing between parties.
    • Shuttle routes and drop-off locations may vary based on lodge capacity at the time of pick-up.
    • Satellite parking lots will be available for day guests at the Grand Summit and Jordan Hotels, with options to walk or shuttle to slope access. From the Summit guests can access skier services at White Cap Lodge. Guests parking at the Jordan should be ready to park-and-ski without services.
    • Paid parking will have expanded schedules from 7AM to 2PM.
    • Face coverings will be required in all indoor spaces including all lodges and skier service locations.
    • Bags will not be allowed in base lodges or any skier service locations. This includes storing bags outside of the lodge. Guests are encouraged to get ready at their cars, and carry snacks and other items with them.
    • Traffic flow through the lodges and base areas will be changed to minimize congestion zones, including designated entrances and exits.
      • Green flags mark entrances.
      • Red flags mark exit only doors.
      • Blue flags mark restroom access.
    • Restroom access will be limited to specific entrances to reduce walking traffic through lodges, including while you’re dining within the lodge.
    • Capacity limits will be set for each room within lodges following state guidelines, and will be monitored.
    • Guests are asked to minimize time spent in base lodges, with a limit of 30 minutes.
    • The Welcome Center at South Ridge will have a capacity limit and dedicated entrances and exists for inside ticket and pass pickup. Guests are encouraged to use outside ticket windows for ticket pickup or purchase.
