Our annual Fall Weekend tradition returns this year with the wine tasting hosted by Chef Harding Lee Smith of the Mountain Room selecting wine pairings for each course. This year the wine tasting will have smaller groups, separated into two sessions.

The tasting is limited to 50 people per session and all attendees must be 21 or older. Reservations are required. Masks will be required except when seated at your table. Event is weather permitting.

  • First Course

    Corn Johnny Cake

    Locally milled cornmeal, corn, caviar

  • Second Course

    Local Rabbit Rillette

    House mustard, crostini

    Paired with Domaine Cedres Cotes du Rhone, France

  • Third Course

    Wild Mushroom Soup

    Grilled cheese with Winter Hill Farm Bradbury Mountain Blue cheese

    Paired with Trimbach Pinot Blanc, Alsace France

  • Fourth Course

    Lamb Cassoulet

    North Star Farm lamb, Maine yellow eye beans, foie crumb
