New Snow & Now Sunshine

Mother Nature did not disappoint with this storm dropping us a total of 8-12" of new snow and let's just say this is the kind of snow we dream about. Light, fluffy, and covering the slopes. Keep on shredding it up out there and enjoy the fluffy powder stashes and awesome packed powder as lifts keep spinning until 8PM. Due to high wind, some lifts will remain on wind hold.

Tonight the groomers will hit the slopes and press in the beautiful new snow. Head to higher elevations tomorrow to find some sweet powder stashes and pop into the woods for untouched goods. Enjoy carving up the buttery corduroy on the slopes and work your way from peak to peak. With 100% open terrain tomorrow, it will be awesome no matter where you go so don't miss first chair at 8AM.

Tonight, join us for Musingo in the Foggy Goggle. Please note that due to high wind the fire dancer is postponed until tomorrow, and the fireworks are rescheduled for Friday. Tomorrow, head to Grand Summit Hotel to be amazed by a Master Illusionist or grab some skates and hit the slopeside rink.

Lift tickets are available for purchase at any base lodge or hotel, but you'll save if you buy online or have a Threedom Pass

A few notes for this week:

  • We have a full event schedule online.
  • Rooms are still available, but we recommend calling 800-543-2754 to let us help you find them. We have a special $149 rate in the Snow Cap Inn for the nights of Feb 19 and 20.
  • You can pick up your lift tickets the day before you hit the slopes this week from 3-8PM to avoid waiting in line the following morning.

We're excited to announce Sunday River 2030, our ten-year vision for the resort. Sunday River 2030 outlines the pillars that will guide the direction of the resort over the next decade, as well as the projects we have planned, which include upgrading six lifts, adding new amenities, launching new real estate projects, and more.

See you tomorrow!
