Yes. Renters must keep lockers clean, sanitary, and in the same safe condition as when they first take possession. Reasonable wear and tear is expected.
All belongings must be kept inside the locker. Items may not be left in locker rooms or other areas.
Renters are solely responsible for securing and insuring their personal property. Sunday River Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
All belongings must be removed from your locker immediately when the lease expires (April 30, 2026), unless renewed. If belongings are not removed within 10 days, Sunday River Resort has the right to remove and take ownership of them.
Yes. In the event of an emergency, resort staff may forcibly enter lockers without liability to the Renter.
No. Personal locks are not permitted. Sunday River provides each locker with an approved lock. If you currently have a personal lock, it must be removed by April 30.

No. There are no refunds, partial refunds, or credits for early cancellation.
The original purchaser must visit Guest Services with a photo ID for any locker-related assistance.
