Filming Permission

Please note, all commercial filming, video, drone footage, and photography require permission from Sunday River's Marketing Department. No video shoots, commercial or otherwise, may take place without the express written consent of Sunday River's marketing and operations staff. Filming and photoshoots will require additional approvals and certificates of insurance.

Prior to your visit, if you are planning on using a drone, after the express written consent of Sunday River’s marketing and operations staff, please complete our Boyne Resorts Drone Operation Agreement. Authorization for drone use will require proof of FAA licensing, insurance covering drone use, liability release, notification of the Bethel Airport, and a written flight plan. To obtain a copy of the release, please email Ellen Wainwright.

Complimentary Lodging

Depending on availability, we may be able to provide complimentary or discounted lodging for a limited time for visiting media who are on assignment. Please be sure to include the date and party information with your request.
