Resort Lodging Information
- All rates are in U.S. Dollars.
- Lodging rates are per room, do not include lift tickets or breakfast, and are subject to 22% in tax and resort fees.
- Valid Booking Periods:
- 5 Night Ski Weeks: Sunday-Thursday
- 4 Night Ski Weeks: Sunday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday
- Weekends: Friday & Saturday nights
- Passport discounts are specific to Sunday River and any discount is taken off of full-priced items. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Proof of Canadian residency required at lodging check-in or passport pick-up.

The 2026 Canadian Passport is valid March 1, 2026 through the end of the 2025/26 winter seasons at both Sunday River and Sugarloaf.
The perks exclusive to the 2026 Canadian Passport are valid starting March 1, 2026.
After purchasing your 2026 Canadian Passport, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to book lessons and rentals. The link will automatically apply the savings at check-out.
SnowSports School lessons are offered from March 1-29, 2026.
