Lift ticket policy
Lift tickets are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable, however, if you are not able to use your tickets on the dates you intended, you have another option.
Easy Change allows you to receive a voucher credit from your purchase towards another ticket. You must request your credit via form 48 hours prior to your scheduled start date. Your voucher credit will not be available after your scheduled start.
Please allow up to 5 days for your voucher credit to appear in your account at shop.sundayriver.com Your voucher credit is based on the purchase value of your original transaction and can be applied to future transactions until expiration on the last day of the winter season. You may need to pay the difference towards another ticket. If you do not use all of your credit in one transaction, the remaining balance will be available for another purchase before the end of the season. Voucher credits must be redeemed online, and are not available at the ticket window.
