Ticket Changes


Online lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. However, if you're not able to use your tickets on the dates you intended you have another option.

Easy Change allows you to apply the dollar value of your online purchase toward the purchase of regular-price tickets at the resort any later date that season. You will pay the difference in price, but you don't lose the value of your original purchase and have the flexibility to come any other day.

Visit Guest Services in South Ridge Lodge with your email receipt or itinerary number on the day you want to use your credit toward another purchase.

Easy Change credits are valid toward the purchase of a regular-priced ticket at the resort of the same age category and number of days (or longer). You cannot receive partial credit for a multi-day ticket. Credits must be used by the end of the current winter season, are non-transferable, and are not available on tickets included in a lodging package. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused by the end of the season.
