Ticket Changes


We've got your back.

If your plans change after pre-purchasing a lift ticket on SundayRiver.com, no problem.

If you're not able to make it on the day you bought a ticket for, we'll credit the value of your ticket towards one purchased here at the resort any other date this season.  Just visit Guest Services at South Ridge Lodge with your receipt or itinerary number on the day you want to use your credit.

 * Please note that all lift tickets and credits are non-transferable. Credits are valid toward the purchase of a regular-priced ticket at the resort for the same number of days or longer, must be used by the end of the 2018-19 winter season, and are not available on tickets included within a ski and stay package or purchased through a third party. Refunds are not issued if a credit is applied toward a lower-priced ticket or is unused by the end of the season.
