Online lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. However, if you're not able to use your tickets on the dates you purchased them we do give you another option.
With our Easy Change policy you can use the value of your online purchase as a credit toward the purchase of lift tickets at the resort any other day this season. While you will pay the difference in price, you do not lose the value of your original purchase and have the flexibility to come another day. Just visit Guest Services at South Ridge Lodge with your receipt or itinerary number on the day you want to use your credit toward another purchase.
Please note that credits are valid toward the purchase of a full-priced ticket at the resort of the same age and number of days (or longer). Credits must be used by the end of the 2019-20 winter season, are not available on tickets included in a ski and stay package or purchased through a third party, and are non-transferable. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused by the end of the season.
