2019/20 Easy Change Policy

The Easy Change Policy has not been finalized for winter 2020/21. Updates will be posted later this summer.

Online lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. However, if you're not able to use your tickets on the dates you purchased them for we do give you another option.

With Easy Change you can apply the dollar value of your online purchase toward the purchase of lift tickets at the resort at regular price any other day of the season, before or after your original arrival date. You will pay the difference in price, but you do not lose the value of your original purchase and have the flexibility to come any other day.

Visit Guest Services in South Ridge Lodge with your receipt or itinerary number on the day you want to use your credit toward another purchase.

Easy Change credits are valid toward the purchase of a regular-priced ticket at the resort of the same age category and number of days (or longer). Credits must be used by the end of the winter season, are not available on tickets included in a lodging package or purchased through a third party, and are non-transferable. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused by the end of the season.
