Lift ticket policy
Lift tickets are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable, however, if you are not able to use your tickets on the dates you intended, you have another option.
Easy Change allows you to receive a credit for your purchase in the form of a voucher that can be used towards another ticket. You must request your credit via form 48 hours prior to your scheduled start date. Your voucher credit will not be available until after your scheduled start. Multi-day tickets are considered one ticket and cannot be broken up. We cannot guarantee Easy Change requests will be approved if submitted within 48 hours of your scheduled start.
Please allow up to 5 days for your voucher credit to appear in your account at shop.sundayriver.com Your voucher credit is based on the purchase value of your original transaction and can be applied to future transactions until expiration on the last day of the winter season. You may need to pay the difference towards another ticket. If you do not use all of your credit in one transaction, the remaining balance will be available for another purchase before the end of the season. Voucher credits must be redeemed online, and are not available at the ticket window.
Easy Change does not issue ticket refunds or ticket changes, but applies the value of your full ticket purchase as a credit to your account. Easy Change cannot be used to move a start date earlier than your initial scheduled start date. Easy Change is not an automatic change in start date, but rather a credit to re-purchase tickets for another date by applying the value of your initial purchase. Cost of ticket on your new date may vary from your original ticket price.
