Know Before You Buy
Review the key terms that you are agreeing to upon purchasing a season pass product.
- Season passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
- Passholder age is determined as of November 1 of the winter season. Misrepresenting age may result in pass revocation without refund.
- Passes are valid only at designated resorts and on specified dates. Select passes have blackouts dates on which they are not valid.
- Blackout dates, eligibility, benefits, and other pass-specific details are available on the Season Pass page.
- Passes may be revoked without refund for violating these terms or resort policies, including skiing or riding in a dangerous manner or in closed areas, or other actions Boyne Resorts deemsharmful or inappropriate.
- Passes and benefits are valid only for the guest assigned at purchase and cannot be shared. Sharing of a pass may result in loss of privileges, reinstatement fees, and legal action.
- Lost or forgotten passes can be reissued for $5.
- Passholders may be eligible to defer the value of their pass to the following season based on timing and qualifying factors. See Season Pass Rollover page for details.
- Boyne Resorts is not responsible for inability to use a pass due to weather, personal scheduling, injury, or any other circumstance not covered by written policy.
- Boyne Resorts reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, operating schedules, blackout dates, benefits, and prices at any time. Continued use of a pass constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
College and College Limited New England Pass applicants must be a full-time college student (9+ credits for undergraduate and graduate student, per semester).

Community Student Season Passes are available to students ages 6-18 in MSAD 44, MSAD 17, RSU 10, and Region 9. Teacher Passes are available to educators in those same districts.
