FAQs

Your N.E. Day will be issued on a RFID enabled Go Card. You can load it onto an existing card if you already have one, or onto a new one. If you load it onto a new Go Card, you can pick it up at any ticket window or automated kiosk, by scanning the bar code in your confirmation email.
Once you have your Go Card with your N.E. Day, you can head right to the lift on each of your allotted days - no need to visit the ticket window again.
