  • Studio Room

    Studios offer a queen-sized Murphy Bed and kitchenette. Select units offer an outdoor deck, adjoining lockout room, or handicap accessibility.

  • One-Bedroom Suite

    One-Bedroom Suites feature separate bedrooms and living spaces. All units offer a full living area, kitchen, one bath, and an outdoor deck. Adjoining lockout room available with select units.

  • Two-Bedroom Suite

    Two-Bedroom Suites have two separate bedrooms plus a living area, kitchen facilities, a bathroom, and an outdoor deck. Some units offer an additional half bath in the loft.

  • Three-Bedroom Suite

    Each Three-Bedroom Suite is unique. All offer with three separate bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen facilities, and outdoor decks. Select units offer gas fireplaces, laundry, or sauna.

    In order to honor our check-in time, we must also honor our checkout time. Should you wish to inquire about a late checkout, please contact the front desk on the morning of your departure. Please check with reservations (800-543-2754) or the Front Desk should you wish to stay additional nights.

  • You will be issued a parking permit upon check-in that allows you to park in lots specified to your hotel. Vehicles parked without a valid parking permit, or any vehicle illegally parked may be towed at the owner's expense.

    Please note that there are only Tesla charging stations at the Jordan Hotel. The closes generic EV charging station is in the upper lot at South Ridge. We recommend bringing a converter for your charger to ensure you can charge your EV. 

    Winter-Only Services

    In the winter, there are free resort and area shuttles for your use during your stay. You can view the shuttle schedule on the River Guide. Valet parking is available for $15 per day. Bell service is available to bring luggage to your room as well.

  • Staffed ski check is available. You may not store equipment in your hotel room. Ski check is staffed 30 minutes before lifts open, and closes 30 minutes after lifts close. However, you can access ski check 24-hours-a-day by contacting the front desk.

  • Hotel guests may store baggage either before check-in or after checkout with the bellman.

  • Our housekeeping and maintenance teams are on site daily to serve you.  If you would prefer not to receive housekeeping services during your stay, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your door. 

    For maintenance requests or amenity delivery during your stay, guests should contact the front desk of their accommodations by dialing 0 from your in-room phone. Amenity delivery is on-demand and we can usually deliver within 30 minutes of a request. 

    There is a long list of amenities available for delivery, including: extra blankets, extra sheets, extra pillows, portable crib, cot, towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee and coffee supplies; and if your room has a kitchen, we can also deliver dish liquid, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, dishwashing towels, sponges, cloth napkins, placemats, and any and all kitchen utensils, dishes, pans, etc.
