    Friday - Sunday & Holiday Periods: 5PM

    If arriving after 11PM, please go to the Grand Summit Hotel to check-in. 


    Daily: 10:30AM

    In order to honor our check-in time, we must also honor our checkout time. Should you wish to inquire about a late checkout, please contact the front desk on the morning of your departure. Please check with reservations (800-543-2754) or the Front Desk should you wish to stay additional nights.

  • You will be issued a parking permit upon check-in that allows you to park in lots specified to the Snow Cap Inn. Vehicles parked without a valid parking permit, or any vehicle illegally parked may be towed at the owner's expense.

    Please note that there are no EV chargers at the Snow Cap Inn. The closest EV charging stations are in the upper lot at South Ridge, which features both generic and Tesla EV stations. We recommend bringing a converter for your charger to ensure you can charge your EV. 

    Winter-Only Services

    In the winter, there are free resort and area shuttles for your use during your stay. You can view the shuttle schedule on the River Guide. 

  • Hotel guests may store baggage either before check-in or after checkout with the front desk. 

  • Ski lockers are available at the Snow Cap Inn. You may not store equipment in your hotel room. 

  • Our housekeeping and maintenance teams are on site daily to serve you.  If you would prefer not to receive housekeeping services during your stay, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your door. 

    For maintenance requests or amenity delivery during your stay, guests should contact the front desk of their accommodations by dialing 0 from your in-room phone. Amenity delivery is on-demand and we can usually deliver within 30 minutes of a request. 

    There is a long list of amenities available for delivery, including: extra blankets, extra sheets, extra pillows, portable crib, cot, towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee and coffee supplies; and if your room has a kitchen, we can also deliver dish liquid, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, dishwashing towels, sponges, cloth napkins, placemats, and any and all kitchen utensils, dishes, pans, etc.
