With one of the largest and most powerful snowmaking systems in the world, the best grooming team this side of the Mississippi, and our commitment to making more snow, more often than any other resort, it’s our promise that we will do everything possible to deliver the best conditions we can every day of the season.
If the snow conditions aren’t up to your expectations or the weather isn’t agreeing with your plans, you can turn in your lift ticket in to Guest Services for a credit of the same value and come back another day.
Am I eligible for a Snow Guarantee+ Credit?
Snow Guarantee+ credits can be issued only for single and multi-day lift tickets, twilight tickets, half day tickets, and Ticket Packs that have been scanned on the same day.
How It Works
Buy a lift ticket any day this winter, and if after taking at least one run you feel we have not lived up to our promise of delivering the best conditions possible on that day, you can receive a credit for the same value as your ticket, or a day added back on to your Ticket Pack.
For lift tickets, both single and multi-day: Simply visit us in Guest Services within one hour from your first lift ride. Voucher credits assigned this season are based on the value paid for that day of skiing and can be applied to future transactions until expiration on April 30, 2025. You may need to pay the difference towards another ticket. If you do not use all of your credit in one transaction, the remaining balance will be available for another purchase until expiration on April 30, 2025. Voucher credits must be redeemed online, and are not available at the ticket window. Please note that snow guarantee credits are not available for comp/unpaid tickets.
For Ticket Packs: Ticket Pack Snow Guarantees work a little differently. Instead of credit, you will get the day used put back onto your Ticket Pack for another day at Sunday River. Simply visit us in Guest Services within one hour from your first lift ride to get your day returned to you. These days will expire with the rest of the Ticket Pack at the end of the 2023-24 season.
