Mail My Pass

From April through November, you can request to have your season pass, ticket pack, or tickets mailed to you. We are no longer processing pass mailing requests for the 2022-23 season. 

• It will take a minimum of two weeks for pass mailing requests to be processed. Mail may be delayed during busy holiday periods. 
• You may not pick-up your pass after a pass mailing request has been submitted. 
• If mailing will take too long, season passes may also be printed on-site in the Welcome Center at South Ridge Lodge. Ticket Packs and day tickets can be printed at any ticket window or Pick Up Box.
• If you've visited us before and received an RFID pass or Go Card, you can reload online and do not need to print a new pass.
