Program Information

Sunday River Resort, The Sunday River Ski & Snowboard Club, and The River Fund Maine are pleased to offer a season pass scholarship for students that reside and attend school in the MSAD 17, SAD 44, and RSU 10 School Districts. Students grades Pre-K through 12 are eligible to apply. This pass will offer free daily access to the Sunday River slopes, and also comes with a complimentary membership to the Sunday River Ski and Snowboard Club. Students must meet certain economic qualifiers to apply; further details about the criteria are available on the pass application. Students have until November 15 to apply for the program.

About the River Fund Maine: 

The River Fund Maine (TRFM) is an independent 501(c)3 that evolved from the Sunday River Community Fund with a newly defined focus of supporting youth. It seeks to unite a diversified community—comprised of businesses, residents, second homeowners and visitors to the Mahoosuc region and the towns of Bethel and Newry, Maine—to support the unlimited potential of youth through education and recreation. TRFM develops initiatives, educational and scholarship programs and provides the region with increased opportunities for recreation. About the Sunday River Ski and Snowboard Club:

The Sunday River Ski & Snowboard Club, founded in 1992, is a 501(c)3 non-profit snowsports educational foundation located in Bethel, Maine. The primary role of SRSSC is to provide support, both financial and human resources, to improve the overall experience of the athletes engaged in competitive training programs at Sunday River Ski Resort through the Gould Academy Competition Program. Over the years we have expanded our reach to include the Bethel community and surrounding area supporting other community improvements and needs. Learn more here.
